Alarm Response
An alarm activates. Instead of attending yourself, a licensed officer attends, verifies the premises and reports back to you.
Building entrance lit by patrol vehicle headlights at night
An alarm at 3 a.m. obliges somebody to attend. For a property manager or an owner that means getting dressed, driving out, and arriving alone at a site whose state is unknown.
LyraTech takes that call-out. A licensed officer attends, checks the perimeter and interior according to the agreed mandate, establishes whether it is a false activation or a real event, secures the point of entry where applicable, and liaises with emergency services when the situation warrants it.
You then receive a written account of the attendance: time of call, time of arrival, findings, and what was done about them.
