Mobile patrol suits organizations that do not need a permanent on-site officer but cannot leave a property unattended either. A marked vehicle attends at agreed intervals — on a fixed schedule, or deliberately randomized so that no observer can infer a pattern.
Every visit is documented: date, time, areas checked, and any incident observed. The log is delivered to you on the agreed schedule, or on request. That document is what separates a real patrol from a drive-by.
